Free games should stay fun. Here's how we help you keep it that way, and where to find support.

Our approach
Nadael Oraby is free entertainment. There's no real money, nothing to buy and no prizes. Even so, casino-style games can take up more time than you meant, so we've built in simple ways to keep play healthy.
Tips for keeping it fun
- Decide how long you'll play before you start, and stop when the time is up.
- Keep an eye on the session timer at the bottom of every page.
- Take regular breaks. Stand up, have a drink, look away from the screen.
- Don't play when you're stressed, upset, tired or have been drinking.
- Remember coins have no value. Losing coins costs nothing, and winning them isn't a sign you'd win at real gambling.
- Keep a balance with friends, family, work and sleep.
Signs play may be a problem
- Playing for longer than you planned, again and again.
- Feeling irritable or low when you can't play.
- Losing sleep or missing commitments because of games.
- Thinking about moving on to real-money gambling to “win back” or chase a feeling.
- Hiding how much you play from people close to you.
If any of these sound familiar, take a break and talk to someone. Free, confidential help is listed below.
Breaks, restrictions and deletion
- Take a break: ask Player Care for a break and we'll pause your account for the time you choose.
- Restrict your account: ask us to limit your account, for example to stop bonuses.
- Delete your account: do it yourself any time from My account, or ask us to.
Use the Write to Player Care button below or in the footer of any page. A person reads every message and these requests are treated as a priority.
Free support in the UK
- GamCare: free, confidential support 24/7. Call the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133 or visit gamcare.org.uk.
- BeGambleAware: information and advice at begambleaware.org.

Protecting under-18s
Our site is for adults only. We ask every visitor to confirm they're 18 or over and every account holder to confirm they're 18+ and in the UK. If you share a device with children, sign out after playing and consider parental controls such as those built into your device or browser.
Want a break? Just ask.
Tell us what you need and we'll take care of it. No questions, no pressure.
